Slavneft, a joint venture of TNK-BP and Gazprom Neft, has sold the Slavneft Yaroslavl-Mendeleyev Refinery, also known as Rusoil, for 21 million rubles ($657,000), the joint venture said in a financial statement, Interfax reported.
Slavneft sold Rusoil to Neftgazsbyt, the news agency said. According to Interfax’s SPARK database, Neftgazsbyt’s co-owners are Irina Astafyeva and Yevgeny Komarov.
