RUSNANO and Sequoia Capital are lead investors for the next round of financing for Quantenna, which specializes in solutions for transmission of multimedia data over Wi-Fi. This sixth round of financing will be USD 79 million with RUSNANO providing USD 40 million and Sequoia Capital USD 20 million.
Co-investors aslo include other Quantenna shareholders including Sigma Partners, DAG Ventures, Venrock, Southern Cross Venture Partners, Grazia Equity, and a new investor – Bright Capital. With this investment, RUSNANO Managing Director George Kolpachev will join the board of directors of Quantenna.
