The Business
A Montenegrin wood processing plant plans to extend its business to pellets, peat and co-generation. A stock of 100,000 tons of peat raw material is currently available as feedstock. The pellet factory is in place, but needs refurbishment. The co-generation unit would generate revenue through sale of electric energy. Up to 100% of heat generated is used for pellets, peat and plant heating.
Market
The primary market for industrial wood is Montenegro, other Balkan countries and Italy. The wood pellet market is steadily growing in Montenegro and surrounding countries.

The total investment planned EUR 7 million of which with EUR 5 million is debt financing and 2 million is equity (in exchange for 20% of the Company’ shares.
