The Moscow Seed Fund, Moscow City’s venture investment arm, announced last week an investment of $300,000 in Teachbase, a start-up offering corporate e-learning and knowledge management services, East-West Digital News learned from the fund.
The co-investor is Amalthea Capital Partners, one of the twelve funds and angel investors that were picked up as partnering investors in a tender organized earlier this year.
