The Business
Morgalex is the principal shareholder of the La Boucherie restaurant chain. These restaurants, located mainly on the outskirts of cities. As of the end of December 2010, the chain includes 78 restaurants including 16 held by the group and 62 franchisees. Morgalex owns a supply and cutting center, which supplies meat to its restaurants and ensures the provision of food and drink and consumables with the brand identity (dishes, glassware, cutlery, tablecloths, napkins).
