A major Armenian recycled paper and corrugated cardboard producer company intends to develop a 5400 square meter Logistics Center on a 8,300 square meter parcel of property that it owns. The Logistics Center will conveniently located in in southwest Yerevan in an industrial area with highly developed infrastructure. It is in proximity to major transportation, agricultural production, retail and industrial points of Yerevan and Armenia. The location has also its own railway platform and a direct connection to the railway line. It is about five kilometers from the Zvartnots International Airport. It is near customs warehouses.
