The Company is the development of a luxury destination vacation club, which includes several complete resorts. In most locations the Club will own luxury villas or penthouse units averaging $2m in value. Club members make a refundable deposit, a one-time initiation fee and pay yearly dues. They can then make advance reservations (4 to 6 weeks) and unlimited short-notice vacations at any of the Club’s units.
The Company is seeking founding members who will make a ten million Euro deposit. There will only be 30 to 45 Founders Circle members, who will have 15 very deluxe homes for their use. They will have an equity interest in those homes and in the Club overall. The first 2 Founders Circle members will also be partners in the Company’s development business and own a partial interest in the complete China development.

The Company has many industry experts on its team and several developer partners who have added valuable luxury properties into the club including a private island.
