The Business
The Company sources seafood from two zones: the Central Eastern Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea. These coasts extend 3400 kilometers and rank among the richest and most bio-diverse areas in the world. The Company’s fish is carefully selected from artisanal line fishing by small boats, in-out-same day. Fresh fish is iced immediately and delivered to the Company’s processing plant for quality control, grading, sorting, sizing and packaging.
The Company has been in business for seven years and it has a well-established list of customers that include supermarkets, wholesalers and distributors. The principal target market is HORECA, large fish and seafood importers, and packaging companies. The Company exports to Europe, Asia and Russia.
