The Business
Founded in 2002, the Company is one of Romania’s leading beverage distributors. The Company has distribution contracts with many prestigious soft drink, beer, wine, snacks, and cigarette producers. The Company is sole authorized sole distributor for StarBev beer brands (Stella Artois, Leffe, Beck’s, Lowenbrau), PepsiCo soft drinks and mineral water, and Red Bull energy drinks. The Company currently serves around 1,500 retailers, cafes, bars, mini-shops in southern Romania. The Company’s strengths include its young, experienced and motivated management, an optimized ordering system, and its warehouse and transport fleet ownership.

The Company ensures that retailer orders are filled promptly and accurately by employing specialized software for ordering, modern warehousing, and an efficient transport fleet that is available 24/7. The Company owns a warehouse (712 square meters) and land (2981 square meters), as well as a transport fleet with 23 trucks and other vehicles. The warehouse was completely renovated in 2003. The average number of employees in 2011 has been 50, from which more than half are involved in sales and distribution (sales agents, warehouse operators, drivers).
