The Company is a freshwater aquaculture fishery business that was established in 1994. It now has extensive system with over 158 hectares of ponds to produce various species of freshwater fish, primarily carp, silver carp, pike and perch. It also has a new and fish modern processing plant. The fishery is located in the northwestern Romania near one of Romania’s most important cities and near of the border with Hungary and Ukraine.
The Company currently produces and sells live and refrigerated fish with a total capacity to 170 tons per year. Based upon its new fish processing plant it will add new products with high added value including: trout, salmon and African catfish, in order to grow to a processing capacity of from 1000kg – 3000kg of finished product per day.

The Company is seeking an equity financial partner to invest €700k that would be used to support working capital to grow the business and to pay loans and other debt that resulted from the investment process.
