Moreover, with an established track record and knowledge of the field, the team of doctors will have access to several medical equipment suppliers.

The hospital will comprise of four major operating rooms, two refractive surgery operating rooms and one cross linking operating room and 3 clinics.

A private holding company was established by the three main shareholders with an initial injected capital of JD1.2mn (~$1.7mn).

Proposed Transaction:
The Founders/Doctors have used their initial contribution to acquire the land for $2mn. They have also decided to invest an additional $2mn into the project. Government incentives have waived around $2mn from the total investment cost. Thereby, the proposed transaction is to raise the remaining $9mn from outsiders.
