Speculative opportunity with extensive field investigations and information in a proven high yield placer diamond producing area
The Business

The Company was formed and developed to acquire diamond exploration leases on the basis of considerable geological and other information about the minerals leaseholds (principally diamonds) dating back to diamond exploration by Soviet geologists. With the assistance of some of these geologists, the Company obtained exploration leases. The three-year exploration leases are renewable.

Exploration to date has uncovered considerable diamond deposits and also rare metals. Additional field work has been conducted on the leaseholds, which consist of river channel and terrace deposits in the Waou and Makona River areas of Guinea. Placer resource estimates based upon field work have potential recovery in the hundreds of thousands of carats.

Market

The Company now consists of two companies that hold the leases. Following the death of the Company?s founder, the shareholders consist of several private persons in Russia and include the heirs to the founder. The Shareholders are interested to sell their interest in the business and leases since they are not in a position to develop the diamond deposits with their own resources.
