This Farm is a well-known Crimean horse breeding and training facility located in a scenic highland location. It can be compared with recreational farms at the Atlantic coast of France. The Farm hosts a variety of equestrian activities on a fee basis and sells horses. The Farm has an ambitious strategy to become a full service equestrian facility with an emphasis in sport training, dressage and boarding stables with sales for local and international customers.
Current Farm facilities include permanent stables for 120 horses, a cross-country course and natural-surface trails. The Farm owns 15 hectares and has access to additional parkland under a long-term lease of 80 hectares.
Growth plans include the construction of comprehensive infra-structure including guest hotel, stables, riding rings, a riding hall for competitions and show programs, and to prepare services such as training and dressage for sport horses and riders through Olympic level, and riding lessons, training and boarding for all ages.

Target customers are horse owners, athletes and tourists from CIS countries, Western Europe and Middle East. The Farm already has established relationships with customers from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, and has had preliminary negotiation with potential clients from Switzerland, Syria and UAE.
The Farm’s growth strategy requires equity financing in amount of US $20 – 25 million that may be invested in stages. The Farm is seeking sophisticated investor or business partner with broad sector experience and desire to be involved in business project development.
