China Water Affairs Group Limited will acquire 100% Sheng Guangdong Environmental Protection Investment Group Co. Ltd and 34.32% Handan Chengsheng Water for RMB24.5 million (around $4 million).
Sheng Guangdong Environmental Protection Investment operates sewage treatment facilities in Tianjin, Beijing and Hebei with 83,000 tons A level capacity and 70,000 tons B level capacity. The capacity of China Water will be improved to 289,000 tons from 136,000 tons after acquisition. China Water will also possess the qualification to operate the environmental pollution control facilities and the ability for project design, contracting and provide related technology and service.
