A green investment in a high-tech solution provider in agricultural amendments, animal nutrition, water treatment and other environmental issues
The Business

The Company?s raw material is derived from lifeless sediments of calcified red seaweed of high mineral content called Lithothamne. This bioclast is known as maƫrl in Europe where it has been used as a soil-corrective for decades, but European deposits are depleting, while Brazil has the largest reserves for this commodity.

The project consists of a Joint Venture between a Brazilian company that own large mineral reserves, environmental licenses and mining permits; and a French firm that brings its 18-year experience and know-how in the market. In addition to its successful operational track-record, the French partner also has a diversified portfolio of products and an international client base.

Market

The Joint Venture is looking to open the Company?s capital to a long-term financial partner, in order to fund the fixed-asset investments (building and machinery equipment) and working capital to begin operations.
