Interactive ServicesLast week, Weborama, a Paris-headquartered provider of online advertising solutions, announced it has acquired in cash a 51% stake in mobile marketing agency Interactive Services for an undisclosed amount.

Based in Moscow, Interactive Services develops a diversity of interactive tools for brands, from mobile apps to websites to SMS, CRM and money transfer systems, but has not made online advertising a significant part of its offer so far.

“Weborama has essentially acquired a local execution capacity,” the Russian business daily Kommersant quoted an industry executive as saying.

“We are pursuing our plans to build a leading technology platform on the Russian market,” Weborama stated.
