The Project is the construction of a 15,000 square meter commercial office building in the center of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Of the 15,000 square meters planned, 9,000 square meters will be office space and 5,500 square meters will be parking. The building will be constructed around an internal courtyard, covered with a glass roof, with commercial space served by glass-enclosed elevators.
The building will be located in the city center near the Theatre of Opera and Ballet, and Lithuanian government, buildings including those of the Agriculture and Transport Ministries.

The Vilnius city center has a very high office occupancy rate and there are almost no available office spaces of more than 1000 square meters available. In addition, parking is a problem for tenants in the city center. The Project will meet the need for high-value larger office space and ensure that tenant parking will be available.
