Our client is setting up a 1320 MW coal based thermal power project in southern part of India. They have also acquired a operating coal mine in Wyoming State of USA, which will act as a fuel supply back up for the power project.
The Company has obtained required statutory approvals and have also acquired 950 acres of land. At this stage they are seeking a suitable financial/strategic partner to either buyout the project 100% or take a controlling stake (min 70%).
