The bakery operates from a 6,800 square meter, three-year old building that was designed for it. It is situated in the near a future highway. The bakery has modern equipment purchased from Italian and Spanish producers: five rotation ovens, four fireplace ovens and a confectionary oven as well as other bakery and packaging equipment. It has eight refrigerated storage rooms. Forty percent of the equipment was purchased in the last three years.
The Company is using on 50% of capacity and has very good potential to expand through expanding existing contracts and opening new shops in the nearby cities and towns.
