This Real Estate Portfolio Acquisition Fund plans is being formed to acquire, redevelop and hold commercial, residential- multifamily, industrial, and specialty properties. Properties selected for acquisition will reflect market values in the range of $5,000,000. to $15,000,000. The Fund intends to acquire on seven properties during the first year.
Invested funds will be used as a capital bridge financing facility to secure discounted market transactions, premium and bid placements at auction, and short-sale agreements.
Financing Amount: USD 10 million.
Financing Structure: Managed securities account securing a revolving line of credit facility. Seven Percent (7%) annually, payable annually in arrears.
Term of Investment: Three years, with one rollover to be determined after a thirty month review.
