The Company was founded 40 years ago by the present family shareholders. It is an important manufacturer in the market of nuts, connections, bends, stoppers, passage keys and valves made of brass or plastics, having an extended line of standard connections to be applied to compressed air, water, gas oil and all kinds of fluids with or without pressure.
The Company’s main products are used in residential water pipeline networks, gas supply (mainly for gas meters), and in connections for hydraulic brakes, hoses and water and oil pumps for the car industry.
A few years ago, the Company started with a new line of super fast connections for all types of polyamide pipes.
Of the Company’s products, 70% are brass and 30% manufactured by plastic injection.
The Company has more than 500 customers. Customers include water utility companies and several equipment manufacturers. The top 10 customers represent 60% of sales.
The Company has an industrial plant of 3,500 sqm (35,000 sqft) roofed area, located 20 minutes from Buenos Aires.
The Company employs a total of 60 people.
Sales in 2012 were USD 9million, with EBITDA USD 1.9 million.
