The Company is the leading manufacturer of special electrical cables in Argentina. It was founded 35 years ago by the present two shareholders.
The Company’s main product lines are cables for control and signals; power; electronics, data, communications; electronic instrumentation; and thermocouple extension.
The Company production process starts with wire drawing as they directly import copper wire. Subsequent production stages are stranding, extrusion (with thermoplastic components such as PVC, PE or others), bunching, shielding (for some types of cables with aluminum polyester, copper polyester, braided copper and corrugated copper straps), inner sheath, armoring, sheathing.
The Company has ISO 9001 Certification and their products comply with international standards: European: IEC, BS, NF; American: UL, ICEA; Canadian: CSA; Colombian: CIDET; Argentine: IRAM; Brasilian: NBR and Mercosur regional Standards: NM.
The Company’s industrial plant has 158,000 sq.ft (15,820 sq.mts) covered area, with excellent facilities, state-of-the-art machinery, with a production capacity of 600 tons/month.
The Company sells mainly to end users which generally acquire their products through engineering and mounting companies or directly for their own projects. Besides these markets they sell to distributors. It exports to almost all the South American countries, which accounts for about 30% of its sales.
