Samsung Electronics has agreed with Skolkovo, Russia’s largest tech hub nearing completion in the outskirts of Moscow, to set up a corporate R&D Center in the hub. The new center is expected to collaborate with three of Skolkovo’s major clusters, including IT, biomed, and energy-efficient technologies.
