Last week, Russian Internet marketing company ALTWeb Group announced the creation of its venture arm ALTWeb Capital, which will focus on pre-seed and seed stage investments of up to $400,000.
The fund is seeking to invest, in particular, in SaaS solutions, as well as in Internet marketing and advertising services.
