As a young entrepreneur in 1997, the Company founder opened a new events management business, and since then he has led the business to become one of the top events and venue promotion and marketing businesses in Paris. During recent years the Company has entered the Paris hospitality and entertainment market with the acquisition and development of two events venues and has built them into two of the city?s hottest locations.
In 2010, the Company found new opportunities with the acquisition of a very well known Russia themed venue, and a second large events center. With its young and astute marketing and events oriented team, the Company is poised to become a leading Paris hospitality and entertainment management business.
Market
During its first years the Company obtained contracts for events and marketing promotions on behalf of Paris clubs and restaurants. Later, it diversified into corporate and products events promotions for leading companies. In 2008, the Company began additional diversification through the acquisition of events venues.
The Company founder and president has assembled an experienced management team to develop and manage the properties. Over his years of work as a leader of the Paris events management industry, he has trained and developed a large number of managers.
The Company is seeking an investment of EUR 5,000,000 for the expansion of its business in 2011.
